One month weigh in.... Feb. 9, 2014

I have lost 11.6 pounds.  My goal is 10 pounds a month so good for me!  I now weigh 292.2 lbs.  still obese but just a tiny bit healthier!  Today I took on the task of rearranging my bedroom.  Let's just say that I am getting my workout!  My bedroom is an odd shape so any new movement pretty much requires an act of God!  I think I will like this new arrangement.  Not much else to tackle today.   Loads of laundry to fold and put away.  And, I did wash my bedding.  Good sleeping tonight!
I hade oatmeal for breakfast and for lunch I think I will have a slice of turkey and ham with veggies rolled up in a tort.   I also. Think a nap is in order! Ha
Working on ME so I will be happier.   Until next time....
