Breakfast! I actually look forward to drinking this today. I did GREAT yesterday UNTIL I came home. I didn't get h ome until around 9 pm after working all day and I guess the pill and drink wore off. Here is my confession: 3 hot dog buns, 2 pieces of cheese and 3/4 a bag of veggie chips. Wow...
Tonight I pay attention to those cravings and fight them. Actually, I don't think there were any cravings, just boredom eating and that is something I need to learn to control! I will toss the left over 3 hot dog buns or give them to my dogs. Got to watch those carbs. I'm not giving up. I didn't get this fat over night and it will take some retraining of my brain and habits to end victorious!
Today: I have GED classes this morning till noon. Then home. I think I may bake some chicken for later and cut up a bunch of fruit and veggies. Not sure what else. maybe a nap? ! :)
I better skeedadle and get ready to go teach. God be with me today so I don't make the same mistakes I did yesterday!
