Day 3 of plexus slim. Did better yesterday but didn't get in all my water. I forgot it at home when I left to go teach. mistake!!!
My feet still feel like blocks of concrete when I get up to walk and my knees are still aching...but I think they are just a tiny bit better. Can't wait until I have lost enough weight to go for a nice walk. I thought about buying a bike but when I told my daughter, Vanessa, that I wanted to do that, her reply was "Why? have you ever seen heavy people riding bikes??" I have to say I was hurt. She has seen me fail so many times that I believe she has given up hope on me. I pray that isn't the case this time. I truly want to lose the weight and become healthier!!!
I just found out my daughter, caroline, is going to live with her new boyfriend. I am not at all happy about this since she has only been dating him a little over a month! What is she thinking????? I pray she makes better choices but who knows, maybe he will be the right choice in the end.
Well, off to go teach... and finish my pink drink!
